Billing Clerk | Burlington
- Assist Project Managers with project set-up, invoicing and resolution of related issues.
- Creation and maintenance of project accounting files.
- Liaise with clients regarding invoicing matters.
- Post secondary education in Finance or Accounting.
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office software including Word and Excel.
- Experience with project based accounting software.
- Understanding of and experience working with project proposals, contracts and budgeting.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and work well independently.
- Strong communication skills.
