MTE's staff are well qualified and trained in current design techniques and related computer software. We can assemble an experienced and qualified team, including partner sub-consultants to tackle large or small projects efficiently and effectively. Our Municipal Engineering staff are formally trained in Value Engineering, and have successfully applied the Value Engineering principles to many large, complex projects.
