| Site plan development includes the siting of buildings, the final design and construction of site services, stormwater management facilities, grading, landscaping, lighting, design of the traffic and turning movements and certification onsite. In addition, we provide structural design expertise and layout for the final construction of all services, roadworks and the building components on the site. The site plan process includes residential, commercial, and industrial developments of varying size, density and complexity from residential townhouses to large commercial shopping plazas and industrial sites.
MTE Consultants Inc. has completed site plan developments for a variety of clients in the private and public sector. MTE was awarded a 2003 Award of Excellence for the Waterloo Region Emergency Fire Training and Research Centre site plan development project in Waterloo from the Ontario Consulting Engineers.
