Grounded in nostalgia, the campaign highlights the people, projects, and culture that define MTE—past and present. It reflects the values that have remained constant while acknowledging how the company has evolved over four decades.
Rather than a single anniversary post or traditional industry messaging, the campaign intentionally took a different approach—one that stands apart in the AEC industry. By telling a more human, story-driven narrative, the goal was to create something meaningful, memorable, and authentic to MTE’s culture and community.
