As Director of Engineering, Garett provides technical leadership across the firm, supporting teams through all stages of project delivery and helping ensure practical, well-coordinated solutions for clients. 

With over two decades of experience in civil engineering, he has worked extensively on water resources, municipal infrastructure, and land development projects. His expertise spans project planning, data collection, technical analysis, conceptual and detailed design, and report preparation, with a particular focus on water resources engineering. Known for his thorough and collaborative approach, Garett helps guide projects from early planning through to completion.
