Director, Technical Practice

As Director of Technical Practice, Valentina provides technical leadership to shape our overall corporate technical practices and procedures and provides guidance and oversight to design teams across the firm, helping ensure consistency, quality, and practical solutions throughout project delivery. 

With over three decades of experience at MTE, she has contributed to a broad spectrum of land development and municipal infrastructure projects, including residential and industrial subdivisions, complex roadway design, grading, material management, sewer systems, commercial site development, and civil design of bridges, culverts, and retaining walls. Her depth of knowledge and steady leadership support both project teams and clients in delivering well-coordinated, dependable outcomes.
