MTE's Involvement
MTE was retained to provide civil engineering services for the development of the site. Our team was responsible for the design of two stormwater management ponds, diversion of an existing creek, and construction within the 100-year floodplain. Additional work included the design of a sanitary pumping station and full site servicing to support the complex. All aspects of the project required coordination and approvals across multiple municipal levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting the long-term functionality of the site.
