MTE's Involvement
MTE was proud to provide civil engineering services for the development of the Hyde Park Meadows community.
Our Civil team delivered a range of services, including site grading, servicing design, and water distribution analysis. For Phase 1 of the Hyde Park Meadows community, consisting of 239 single-family lots, parks, and a school/medium-density block, and Phase 2, which includes 191 single-family lots and medium-density/walkway blocks, MTE oversaw water supply, sanitary and storm servicing, grading, construction administration, and inspections.
