The Carrick

Project overview

In the initial phase of development, The Carrick was completed as one of Waterloo’s newest 12-storey residential buildings, constructed entirely of cast-in-place concrete.

This phase delivered 139 one- and two-bedroom suites and included three levels of underground parking. The design of The Carrick is defined by a consistent grid expressed across all building elevations. Layering from the podium to the mechanical penthouse breaks down the building’s height, creating varied visual expression
at each level. Modern interiors, well-appointed suites, and custom finishes positioned The Carrick as a notable addition to Waterloo’s growing apartment market.

The building offers a wide range of resident amenities, including private balconies or terraces, a shared lounge
with a catering kitchen, and a private dining room for family gatherings. Additional amenities include a rooftop terrace for private events, a rooftop putting green, and a fully equipped fitness facility with dedicated cardio and weight areas.
